Clear scope. No surprises.
The practical terms that apply when you ask Phantiq Studios to build or manage something for your business.
Quotes and project scope
A website enquiry is not a binding order. Before paid work begins, we will confirm the agreed deliverables, price, payment schedule and any important assumptions in writing. Work outside that agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Monthly website plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance by the agreed payment method and include the features shown on the pricing page at the time you order. Where a plan states there is no setup fee, no separate setup fee applies to the standard scope. The website remains hosted while the plan is active. You may cancel at any time; hosting and plan services end when the paid period ends, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Domains and third-party costs
A domain name is not included in the monthly website price. We will connect a domain you already own without a connection fee. If we register a domain or purchase another third-party service for you, we will agree the cost first and pass it on at the stated price.
One-off website builds
For a one-off build, ownership of the agreed final website files transfers after full payment, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock media or services that remain subject to their own licences. The first agreed post-launch edit round is included. Further edits are charged at the price shown on the pricing page or separately quoted for larger changes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, confirming that you have permission to use supplied logos, photographs, copy and other materials, and reviewing work within the agreed timescale. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of claims made about your business.
AI, automation and business modernisation
Consultation, implementation and ongoing management are scoped and priced separately. We will explain what a system is intended to do, its dependencies and any known limitations. Automated or AI-assisted output should be reviewed where mistakes could affect customers, finances, safety or legal obligations.
Payment and delays
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work or hosted services if an undisputed payment remains overdue after reasonable notice. Client delays in supplying content, approvals or access may move the delivery date.
Problems and changes
If something is not working as agreed, contact us promptly so we can investigate and put it right. Any warranty, support window or service level specific to your project will be stated in the written quote or agreement.
